Yes. In order to rent gear from us, you must have a current active insurance policy that has specified coverage for "Leased and Rented Equipment". Here is a SAMPLE Certificate Of Insurance.
You must carry coverage for "Leased and Rented Equipment" for at least the total value of all pieces of equipment rented as well as $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage. Remedy Rentals will add the outbound shipping cost to your invoice and any return shipping is paid for by the customer. Shipping costs vary based on speed of service, and the customer can choose the best return shipping for them as long as the equipment is received by Remedy Rentals by the due date provided on the Rental Agreement.
We accept all major credit cards and business checks made payable to, Remedy Films LLC. All credit card charges incur a 3.5% service fee added onto the total rental amount.
A 3-day week rental is a rental for someone who needs equipment for longer than 3 days but less than a week. Instead of charging a daily rate for every day of the week, we charge a discounted rate of 3 day rates for 7 days. The 7 days begin on the day the equipment is received by you and ends on the day we received the equipment back to us.
