We offer premiere equipment and even some rare cameras, but without premiere customer service it doesn’t matter what we have available for rent. What do I need to have prior to renting gear?

You must have an active insurance policy covering "Leased and Rented Equipment" as well as $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage.
For Phantom Cameras you must have a certified operator on site of the production or hire a certified operator from Remedy Films.
You must have the ability to pay a 50% deposit at the time of reserving the equipment.

Do you require insurance for renting gear?

Yes. In order to rent gear from us, you must have a current active insurance policy that has specified coverage for "Leased and Rented Equipment". Here is a SAMPLE Certificate Of Insurance.

How much insurance coverage do I need?

You must carry coverage for "Leased and Rented Equipment" for at least the total value of all pieces of equipment rented as well as $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage. Who pays for shipping of the gear I am renting?

Remedy Rentals will add the outbound shipping cost to your invoice and any return shipping is paid for by the customer. Shipping costs vary based on speed of service, and the customer can choose the best return shipping for them as long as the equipment is received by Remedy Rentals by the due date provided on the Rental Agreement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and business checks made payable to, Remedy Films LLC. All credit card charges incur a 3.5% service fee added onto the total rental amount.

What is a 3-day week rental?

A 3-day week rental is a rental for someone who needs equipment for longer than 3 days but less than a week. Instead of charging a daily rate for every day of the week, we charge a discounted rate of 3 day rates for 7 days. The 7 days begin on the day the equipment is received by you and ends on the day we received the equipment back to us.
